There is a lot in the news about American Corporations buying foreign corporations or Merging to avoid

the high US Corporation taxes. The US Government is trying to keep these companies at home or tax them

for moving. What I can’t understand is that most any foreigner can incorporate a company abroad without it

being connected to a US Corporation. It seems to me that government bodies in the United States have not

been sufficiently briefed or are not open minded enough to realized the mulititude of ways to avoid being an

American taxable entity. It is interesting to compare what is happening in China. Most of us Americans don’t

realized that a lot of the Chinese factories and companies are off shore companies. That is why they don’t sell

to China. The government was very smart in setting it up that way. It is one of the primary reasons China has

been so successful. By having a low tax rate for these companies it makes more people come to China! I’m from

the State of Delaware. My state has a similar policy. It costs less than 200 US to form a corporation and there is

no sales tax. What is the result. All of the major corporations in the US are head quaratered in Delaware. From

there it was expanded to the banking Industry. The result is a tiny little state is very economically very powerful.

All the banks home offices are in Delaware. An example of how powerful Delaware has become can be seen by

looking at the our Vice President. He is from Delaware!
